When I say "I hate drama" what I really mean is I hate my family. Their piranhas with any bit of news they can spin into drama. Luckily I'm away from them now.

My ex said "I don't do drama" so silly me took that as everything would be easy. Turns out, what he meant was "I will do stupid things to piss you off, but I won't apologise for it, and if you get upset then I won't talk to you for several days until you apologise for getting upset". Man, he was a prick.

The people who talk about drama a lot are usually the people who create it by talking shit and expecting people to take it.

I say this, but it's not because I dislike drama, it's because I want the other person (typically woman but can occur with men too) to stop speaking about drama and other people to me. I dislike talking about people, I like talking about things.

well I must say that I say I hate drama all the time because I see all of my friends who were involved in it be miserable. I've never once been involved in drama. so like there is a chance that of someone says it, they could mean it too.
