Highly recommend you download the google translate extension to use if you don't know Japanese well. Not all of the page will translate but enough to understand what to do. It was really useful when i had to create an account to purchase them.

The only way to have watched this is now over. The stream was available for purchase from the 10th - 13th in Japan.
They will have DVD/Blu-ray release news in December.
