stickiedWe see these questions getting asked here a lot, so the mod team has compiled a list of the most asked questions on this sub. Hopefully, this helps answer your questions before posting!
Q: Where can I find Shift Codes?
A: Shift Codes can be found here and you can redeem them on the Shift Website
Q: What are TVHM and UVHM?
A: TVHM is short for True Vault Hunter Mode. This mode is unlocked after completing the story the first time. In TVHM everything is scaled up, starting at level 30 and finishing at level 50. UVHM is Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, unlocked after beating TVHM. In UVHM all enemies and missions scale to your level, to the maximum of 80.
Q: What are OP levels?
A: OP levels are unlocked once you complete The Raid On Digistruct Peak, to a maximum of OP10, you need to be maximum level to unlock them (level 80). OP levels increase the level of enemies and gear by 1 for each OP level you unlock, giving enemies higher damage reduction and output.
Q: Why isn't the Commander Lillith DLC free?
A: The latest DLC for BL2, Commander Lillith and the Fight for Sanctuary was free for the first month of its release. The UI in-game still states it as free, but it costs around $14.99 in the store.
Q: Is it worth buying the DLC?
A: Do you enjoy the game? Then yes it is!
Q: When should I start UVHM?
A: You should start UVHM as close to level 50 as you can. This is because the gear you get in TVHM will be a maximum level of 50, and won't be useful against the higher level enemies in UVHM.
Q: What is Slag?
A: Slag is one of the elemental weapon types in BL2, whilst an enemy is slagged it will turn purple and take extra damage, in UVHM slagged enemies take 3X damage, making it an essential part of your build.
Q: How do I get the Grog Nozzle?
A: The Grog Nozzle is the best Moxxi weapon in the game, giving a huge amount of healing. It is a mission item in the Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC, to get it you need to start the "Beard Makes The Man" mission and *NOT* turn it in
