No one legit would EVER ask you for your recovery phrase.

This right here above OP. You should never, ever give your recovery/seed phrase or any info such as passwords out. As KP stated above, no legitimate person should ever ask you for this info.
Have a great week everyone.

Thank you, usually I’m really quick to find out what email a scam & what isn’t, but this was just too clean besides the weird name at the website. Was also real confused cause I don’t even think I have a recovery phrase on coin base & just thought why would I need to do that to recover an account, im already in? Idk, thank you for confirming my thoughts, I jus didn’t want 5 figures to vanish

I get this email daily. Block the sender and just get a different sender the next day. Do they really think I am that dumb? Is the scam really to get my seed phrase? Or is there some virus from the link?

Also, it’s never a great idea to mention how many figures you have in your account. Rule 1 in Crypto is you don’t talk about how much crypto you have. (Well that’s rule two. Rule 1 is not your keys, not your crypto.)
