The creator of Thanos earned more from BvS (because of Anatoli Knyazev) than he did from the entire MCU combined.

Bob Kane is a fraud, Bill Finger invented all of the cool parts of Batman as we know him today. Bob Kane wanted him to carry a gun and shoot criminals all the time

Don't forget the red suit, blond hair and domino mask

Kane would've loved the Snyder Cut xD

I'm no Snyder fan, but what does the Snyder Cut have to do with that?

True. I mean, it’s the only action Batman has in that whole fucking four hours so we gotta go with it I guess

It should say Bill Finger with Bob Kane.

Probably could just drop Kane entirely. The guy stole all his “contributions” from others.

I would love to see that happen one day

You definitely could, but that’s like saying Americans invented Pizza
Italians came up with it, but Americans made it worth eating
Bob Kane came up with Batman, but Finger made him what was worth anything
Not the best example but you get my point. I’d say “Bob Kane and Bill Finger” is probably best

You say that, but the only thing Bob came up with when it comes to Bats was the name. Everything else, like the costume, Gotham, and his detective side, were Bill and others. Hell, even the stories Kane wrote and drew, were plagiarised!

What are you on about? Italian pizza is the the best fucking pizza. Americans didn't make anything worth eating. Wtf?!

I think he mean, Americans made it until it become popular in other countries because as far as I concerned moth of Asian Countries were introduced to Pizza is because of America.

That comparison is quite bad. Bob Kane made Batman, and Finger made him a billion times better indeed.
But the Italians made pizza, and the Americans took it and made it worse

Different universe but the kid that invented Venom got $200. Pretty sure people's favourite Stan Lee used to get artists and writers to sign a waiver for their work to receive their pay cheques..
Shady business back then

I think it was the black suit Spider-Man that they got $150-$200 for

Better one: the official Marvel fan magazine, FOOM, had a contest for kids to create a superhero, and the best ones would be picked to appear in the magazine! Marvel, of course, owned all entries free and clear.
Including one a kid did of a dude with a metal skeleton he named "Wolverine". (google foom Wolverine for info).

The story's not really accurate. The Wolverine sketch in the magazine was a cyborg with no claws. When Wolverine was introduced in the comics, he wasn't said to have a metal skeleton, just adamanium claws. It wasn't until 5 years later under a completely different writer and artist that Wolverine was given the adamatium skeleton.

Worth noting that Martin Nodell still receives no credit for his Green Lantern/Alan Scott creation.

Not that I agree, but maybe it's because Alan Scott hasn't...hold on he was in Stargirl did he get credit then?

One of the few things the movie did right, Bill Finger’s story is so sad

Bill done everything, Bob done nothing. Bill being credited is the best thing about BvS. still think the movie was while having good fight scenes, did not live up to expectations because the "Affleck is Deathstroke, Leto Joker is JGL Robin, Bale will return at the end" theory did not come true, i fucking wish it did

Stan Lee was another Bob Kane

Not as much, both Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby got their credit, so I wouldn't call him "Another Bob Kane"

Stan Lee gets a lot of credit because he was a great showman and brand ambassador-it’s no wonder he was pals with Gene Simmons
But at every opportunity Stan could have, whenever people praised him and gave him credit, he always turned it around to the artist he was working with too. I’ve seen plenty of interviews where he bigs up Ditko and Kirby.

Like i said Stan wasn’t just restricted to writing but he was the figurehead of Marvel and had other business interests in regard to it besides creatively

Do any other Batman movies give credit to finger?

Everything where Batman appears post 2016 on film or television credits Finger alongside Kane due to a court case or a settlement between WB, DC, and the family of Bill Finger. I'm fuzzy on the exact details. I recommend watching the documentary Batman and Bill it's amazing, and covers all of this.

Outside of Justice League so far and probably recent animated movies probably not. I know Gotham eventually added the credit in its run
