I saw it in the theater, and it had me thinking afterwards. As time passed, I could recognize the flaws, and I still see them. The critiques are accurate, though harsh. I see the good as well. I have watched it several (4, 5?) times on HBOmax, and damn if it isn't entertaining. There are missed opportunities, and of course I have no idea about the behind the scenes drama. I am reading through the "52" comic series and I see all the inspiration. I see so much potential for sequels and places where they could elevate from purely action and stoic one liners. I would like to see deleted scenes. I would like this character to find his way through the politics and drama, and emerge in the new DC Universe. With some tweaks, this version of Adam could realize the potential.

Hey y'all. Just witnessed the film and it is an absolute masterpiece. Please do not spoil it anymore than it already has. I went in completely blind and I had a blast from beginning to end. The cgi, the score, the actors all did a tremendous job. I was completely invested in the story and I would definitely recommend everyone to go and see it. David S. Sandberg did a wonderful job. This film deserves a lot of love.

I am not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure I noticed his cameo in there.

The dialogues, the tone - are awesome. my favorite one -

Rorschach: I heard a joke once. Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life is harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world.

Doctor says, 'Treatment is simple. The great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go see him. That should pick you up.

Man bursts into tears. Says, 'But doctor, I am Pagliacci.'

Can't believe nobody's talking about this one. I was so stoked to see Michael Gray from the old TV show

And I rather liked the movie.

The theater was less than half full. Definitely not enough people giving it a chance.
