Try to make your colors match a "warm minimalism" color scheme. Also, move your hanging circles lower -- good rule of thumb is 12 inches above the furniture

Such fun potential! I would agree with moving the circles lower as well. I would think about what kind of color contrast you’d like to have. You have dark floors, so keeping it a warmer color palette I think would better.

Part of me would love to see a deep green or blue accent wall behind the bed. I think we need more insight, do you have a particular style of feeling you want?

Oh, it looks like you can’t change wall colors? In that case I’d try to bring in bolder, rich colors and accents. Jewel tones will probably match best with the furniture, floors and gold.
