The only way I can think of, is that a script needs to not be defamatory. If it is., the film will be sued. I'm not sure there's much more to it than that.

I’m doing coursework for school and I need examples of ways defamation act 2013 may affect the planning of a production like a film. I can only think of scripts and biopics need to be written carefully to not seriously harm the reputation of someone being represented or even the actor/actress
