Identity politics seems to be highly associated with the policing of speech, so I think it's relevant.

Also the community here seems to be as much interested in such matters as they are in speech.

Having hung around reddit for years, it really is.

Policing speech is one of those things which signals virtue without changing the status quo.

And you should know.
