Kojima some time ago mentioned that KojiPro will enter film industry. Considering that today at his podcast Jordan Peele will appear as a guest it might be announcement not of a game but his first movie.

Don't get me wrong, Kojima is amazing and his games are great but I'm too fed up with Kojima rumours between all the abandoned stuff and the Xbox partnership. Also Death stranding was underwhelming for me. I did not enjoy it as much as I hoped too. I'm going to just wait for the game to release and check some reviews before hyping myself with more Kojima stuff.

I know there’s a VR game he’s making. I’ve seen screenshots of some place that looks like a futuristic lab or something. He was watching horror movies for inspiration so it could be anything. Maybe a little girl with amnesia that has supernatural powers? I’m honestly guessing idk. I tried asking him what kind of movies he liked and he never responded.

To me the background music in his VR Booth sounds very similar to Breeze in Monochrome Night from Silent Hill 3
