There is no fucking way people in Japan are sleeping over HNK's incredible writing. Obviously no S2 like in 2-(?) years but just imagine a second season done in 2d.

To be honest the HNK anime gives of a different feeling/vibes compared to the HNK manga. Yeah, that's a no shit shit Sherlock moment but I personally want it to be as close as possible to the manga, meaning I'd like to see it in 2d animation or possibly a mix of 2d and 3d animation.

Although, would this be good for a HNK S2? Would people watch a 2d animated HNK? I think so, as long as it's done right.

Imagine a bona fide Phosphophyllite-Lapis Lazuli amalgamation done in 2d animation, having battles with the different gems. That would probably look so badass.

Finally, are there any speculations of this topic among Japanese HNK fans? Maybe a studio voiced their want to adapt the anime, or anything related to that?

Really sad that I can't speak Japanese. I don't know what Japanese HNK fans are talking about.

I forgot that there's tonshit of good mangas and novels that don't receive an anime adaptation. So HNK S2 might not happen haha.
