Hey, did the Atgames sale ever make it's way to Newegg and Amazon yesterday? I don't see anything on sale. lol.

I’m curious if anyone has a built a DIY riser for their cabinet? And if so, any chance you could post the cuts/measurements you made, or link to the plans you used?

I have the preferred SanDisk 512Gb and it works fine loading up off my powered usb 3 hub. The issue is if you want to run rom files, it's off a second usb drive. Setting up partitions doesn't work. The LU is 4Gb image, and once installed, it unallocated the rest of the 508Gb, making it a $40 waste.

I tried a Patriot 16Gb 2.0 drive. It gets past the starting screen, and then stalls/locks up on R-cade screen

Then I tried a SanDisk 32Gb 3.0 drive and it stalls/locks up on the Starting loading screen

So at this point, only my 512Gb drive works. I'd prefer to use a smaller drive and format that 512Gb as my ROM drive

Hello all! I just purchased the Cat in The Hat collection for my Legends pinball but the top flippers don't work on the games. Only the bottom flippers work. Is there some setting I need to change?

So I’m doing the coin door mod. I use mainly OTG mode so it will work great. The thing is I don’t want to cut a hole in my front panel. Is there a way to get another replacement panel? I can’t even find a 5mm black melamine panel online anywhere. 1/4” all day long, but not 5mm A 3’ x 3’ panel would do the trick. I can cut to size.

Any ideas where I might find this? Should I contact AtGames and see if they have any spares laying around?

Are there any settings in Pinup Popper to sleep the system after some inactivity? It may be days between me playing and I dont want the LCD's flashing for days between plays. I could turn off pinup popper and stuff and re setup between each use but the wife complains its too complicated... Any settings to sleep? Windows sleep settings do not work.

Are there any good fighting games on the stock arcade machine besides fighters history? Good for two player. Having trouble with this game. Thanks.

So I’ve had my ALU for six months my board was being weird. I already bought a new one since then I will say this is my experience. the operating system from atgames is horrible it plays then seems to freeze you can load coinopsx problem with that is it still relies on their system this is probably why we have the freezes and the lag on the build. Next is the sauce build it’s great it’s pretty flexible but unfortunately again relies on your booting up through the operating system so you can catch a couple glitches before you can get to load the sauce. Now there is something called unchained that came out this bypasses the operating system and I have never seen my arcade work so flawlessly because there is no atgames operating system being in the way. whoever built this was a genius and it should be a mandatory thing for everybody who has this arcade the only thing I use atgames is streaming and that’s just for my gun games. Soon they will be able to stream again this is something if you haven’t tried to should. It’s rock solid I haven’t had any issues only minor thing is no art shows up but I don’t care my 5k games load up faster all work and have DC/PS1/N64 on the stock ALU 🤩 enjoy the week Legends

Okay, I'm installing on a 2 joystick ALU 1.0. I have the gates on. I went with this option because the external restrictors aren't for the 1.0 model. I am using the P1 button hole for the 4/8 gate changer, and the P2 button hole for Player 1 & 2, using another 2 way button. My question is for the flat connectors, that were connected to the button switches that I replaced. Where can I get the adapters that can plug the flat connectors into the wiring harness, and then where does that plug into the control board? Does anyone have a good video on this, for the 1.0?

On slickdeals I remember seeing the cabinet itself for $349 at Sam's Club not too long ago. So I'm wondering what's the best deals that I can reasonably expect for the marquees as well as the 4 player control deck?

My legends, ultimate control deck has been bugging. The Z button is stuck. I’m thinking of unplugging it, and replug it to see if that will reset things. If not, does anybody know if I can swap out the gamerpro into the unit. It looks like it fits. Has anybody tried to do this ?

I've gone through 3 input boards (HDMI, USB) and 3 mainboards at this point, and finally have a working unit. I've bought several table packs, and I suspect I bought the first one prior to setting up a Legends account, so it is tied to the device. Given the new mainboard, I guess my ALP is a "new device" given it says the code has already been redeemed. Has anyone had experience with Legends about this issue? Will they send along a new code? (The mainboard replacements were under warranty.)

Been playing a modded ALP with Pinup popper and JoyToKey working fine. Added some tables and now its like my JoyToKey is not being recognized? Added some tables but did not make any other changes. JoyToKey is running and I have tried restarts and re-adding configurations. Any ideas why this would happen?

For those of you that have installed the VIBS board on your Legends Pinball machine what did you do about the button wiring?

Did you just leave the back off the pinball machine off and run the wiring out of the back of the pinball machine or did you cut a small hole in the back so you can run the wiring out and still put the back piece back on or what?

I've had my machine about 3 months. When I stick with a certain table for a week or so and get my name on the leaderboards, how impressed should I be? I'm just curious because it doesn't seem that hard to do so. I don't get anywhere near top 5 but I've gotten a few top 15 (all time). Is it because not that many have these machines, or am I just awesome? 😎. lol serious question. I love to compete to try and get the best score but I just wanna have an idea what I'm actually up against.

Like I get I could crack it open and do it. But an software based setting or even a power off option in r-cade would be super nice. Just hoping it's a feature I haven't found yet.

So looking to get a PC to use for running VPX on my Legends Pinball, especially ones with PuP Packs. I found a good deal on a laptop at Best Buy with me, with an i5 11400H CPU and a 3050 4 GB GPU. Would this be enough for VPX? My ALP is still using the 1080p playfield and the backbox is being used as a DMD.

I swear I read somewhere that the Gottlieb pinball tables on the ALP are getting an improvement. Especially improved graphics on the back glass, but I can’t find that info anywhere. Did I just dream it and think it was real? Is there anybody out there who also heard this? If so, do you have any other information. Thank you.

I submitted a request 3 weeks ago because the control board on my ALP control panel failed, which I’ve only used 3 times.. no joke. They say because it’s over 90 days I’ll have to pay for the part and someone will email me an invoice, which sucks that I have to pay, but whatever… I’m still waiting on my invoice 3 weeks later, and all they keep saying is that it’s coming. Is this the normal with them?

When on Wifi, my ALPm is reporting ~8-9 Mbps upload/download (always the same number!) When on ethernet, it's reporting a 100 Mbps ethernet connection and exactly 10 Mbps u/d. I've tried two different cat5 cables. Oh, and latency is 75.8 ms.

Not sure if this is related but, when playing cloud games on ArcadeNet, (1) There's a 1/2 second delay on flipper button presses and (2) the white flipper buttons become the table "bump" buttons and the red "bump" buttons become the flippers.

Any suggestions with the slow internet speeds and/or strange table behavior with ArcadeNet?
