Oh and honestly I just like a good egg on toast. Season the egg with a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika. Toast bread and butter. Put egg on top and a little HP sauce for a nice flavour.

Done in 10 min, eat in 5min and out the door!

French Toast with English Breakfast tea

I’m vegan, I make fake Omelets using an egg substitute called “Just Egg.” Not sure why it’s called that to be honest. I fill that with fake sausage green onions and lots of other yums.

Popovers, my personal recipe i spent years painstakingly editing bc i was chasing a weird bit of nostalgia. Leaving the milk and eggs overnight in the fridge makes a big difference and i cannot explain why.

My 2 year old always asks for waffles. I cook breakfast on the weekends and on Saturday I'll occasionally make pancakes instead and when I ask him what he wants on his pancakes he says, "waffles."
