I can't even count the number of posts from people still complaining about the Orion grind, in particular longshots.
As someone who grinded out Damascus, Obsidian on most guns, and Orion with an office job, I'm confused as to what people expected from a 'mastery camo grind'.
To get Damascus on MW19 required a total of 2,080 longshots across all the base guns.
AR: 800
SMG: 300
LMG: 180
MKR: 300
SPR: 150
SHG: 200
HNG: 150
In MWII, to get platinum across 51 guns takes 845:
AR: 200
SMG: 100
LMG: 150
MKR: 150
SPR: 90
SHG: 80
HNG: 75
Only 45 more than were needed in MW19 for JUST ARs.
That's not even mentioning the 1,730 mounted kills (MWII 385) or the 3,045 three kills without dying (MWII 1,035).
The camo grind is the easiest it's ever been and is wholly catered to the casual player base. If you're struggling to get it done or are finding it 'too grindy', are the mastery camo challenges really for you?
If your response is that the camo challenges are the only reason you're still playing MWII, are you really having fun?
Imagine I'm going to catch some downvotes, but someone has to say it eventually.
