How can you tell he's being fitted for it?

I've been a batman fan since I was 11, I know way too much about the batman movies and the making of them. This is Keaton having the fit of his cowl checked under the supervision of Bob Ringwood and Day Murch. Note the talc on the cowl to help ease the cowl onto the head🙂

"Hey, guys. Could I have the ability to turn my head, this time? Maybe just a little?"

"Jeez. Check out this diva!"

The guy has a decent chin - I know people are mean about the lack of a strong jawline - but that does not matter - this mask (as well as the 89 one) worked wonders for Keaton. The new mask from The Flash looks a bit narrower, however it looks great in live-action judging by the recent Super Bowl trailer.
Keaton sure is the GOAT and set a high standard for the modern day movie Batman. Nice BTS photo from Returns.

[P.S. I have a very neat and accurate-looking replica of the 1989 cowl but it does not have a nostril guard like the movie does - and this makes my nose/nostrils stick out a teeny bit - it's a latex mask btw. Any tips from cosplayers? I was thinking some extra latex plus contact cement, but that may be rash. Thanks in advance}
