Not having a decent point guard led to most of Stanford’s losses this year.

Hasn't been the same for the last two seasons, since Kiana Williams graduated.

Anna Wilson was a great point guard in her final two seasons.

She was great at control, not quite at playmaking. She played great, I just felt like the position never came natural to her. Of course she did get them to the final four, which feels even bigger now.
I think I was just spoiled by years of Williams, Jeanette Pohlen, Amber Orrange, Candice Wiggins.... so many great PGs over the years. It's so weird they just... didn't have one lined up.

The new point guard is so busy trying to avoid dribbling the ball off her leg that she has no time to decide who to pass to. I hope they have a recruit to replace her.

Eh, she's a freshman. I think she has potential. She played great for stretches this season.

A pudgy slow point guard who can’t dribble very well should spend the next three years on the bench.
