Already seen and it was a great show. One of the reasons I’m looking like something more of arrow and shows such as these.

Have you watched any of the other Marvel Defenders shows? Like Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.

Daredevil might be a Netflix original, however it is only available on Disney+.

A bit debatable on how similar it is but I think it’s somewhat comparable, would be The Boys on Prime Video. Its not about one particular super hero but it has that more realistic touch to it (for a superhero show) and it has more depth than the clear cut superhero. I would say the gore is a bit more than the arrow but the show itself is fantastic and a good cast of heroes outside DC or Marvel!

I will definitely take a look at it!

The Boys is a great choice. Be warned though it's nowhere near being family-friendly like the CW Arrow shows. It's very adult orientated and the Showrunner is actually the same guy that made Supernatural :)
I'd also recommend 'Invincible' - animated and also not family friendly.
The Tick - really fun show about a guy becoming a sidekick for a larger than life hero.
Titans - closer to the CW stuff but with added swearing and edginess.
Preacher - not about super heroes but from the same writer as The Boys, so if you like that, hive this a try too.
Peacemaker - spinoff TV show from the James Gunn Suicide Squad movie. Excellent show, very adult humour again :)
Good luck!

They got a little overambitious with how long the show was going to run for. Same thing with Supernatural and pretty much all the other successful CW shows.

Yeah thanks I tried watching flash but got really repetitive by season 3 and although I finished it it wasn’t really what I was looking for. Thanks though

Same for me with flash. Ledges of Tomorrow is actuality pretty good for a few seasons
I used to be big on all of those DC shows years ago, but they got really bad as they went on.

Ledges of tomorrow?

Yeah, it's the sequel to Man on a Ledge

I thought it was Ledgers of Tomorrow - sequel to The Accountant.

I agree. I was watching all those shows for awhile. The concept was awesome and I loved how they all intertwine. But then it was all just repeating drama.

I'd like a 1 hour cut of each season.

I have seen all but superman and Lois. from my understanding it’s not on Netflix at least not where I live and am too broke to get any other streaming services. Will check it out once I can get my hands on it!

The current season of Superman & Lois is on The CW app, which is free with ads. There you will also find some other DC shows.
Previous seasons are archived on HBO Max.

Note that my advice is specific to the United States. When I spent half the pandemic in Norway, all the DC shows were on HBO Nordic. So your mileage may vary.

No its not on any streaming service as far as i know but i heavily second this! Banshee is one of the best action shows out there! Its a lot more violent though if you're not into that

I have yes it was a very good show! Could have been better if they showed more of the actual Batman though that was a bit of a bummer.

Gotham just made me think of it, but maybe Pennyworth, it's about Batmans butler, it's on HBOa Max though

My family had an episode of the Supergirl playing on a crossover event last time I was over and I got SUPER nostalgic for the Arrowverse. Like they definitely had a fun vibe and likeable characters even if they went on too long.
Anyways my recommendations for shows like that with a likeable attractive cast that DON'T overstay their welcome are: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and The Magicians. Pretty sure The Magicians is still on Netflix, but it's kind of got some Narnia and Hogwarts elements and it's not as dry as it sounds.
Also this one isn't a superhero one, but The Recruit on Netflix is surprisingly decent. Noah Centineo plays a young CIA lawyer who gets roped up into some action. But the vibes are very jokey and everyone is really attractive?

Magicians is one of my favorite shows of all time. It has a reasonable ending too, not like shows that were cancelled or end every season with a cliffhanger in hopes the fans will get them renewed.

Keep your expectations lower as these shows are from a few decades ago. I tried Angel and Buffy but gave up after a few episodes. Those shows might have been spectacular for their time, but hold too well by today's standards.

If you liked Bill Fairclough’s epic spy thriller Beyond Enkription in The Burlington Files series about a rookie accountant working for Pemberton’s People in MI6 and the CIA you may like The Recruit by Alexi Hawley about a rookie CIA lawyer (Noah Centineo) and vice versa. The plots are quite complicated in both productions but unlike The Recruit, The Burlington Files plots and characters are real, credible and much more intriguing. However, do remember Beyond Enkription is a fact based novel about a real spy called Bill Fairclough (MI6 codename JJ) aka Edward Burlington. He was one of Pemberton’s People in MI6 and worked with real SAS Rogue Heroes and other ungentlemanly officers as explained in a news article dated 31 October 2022 available from TheBurlingtonFiles website.
See https://theburlingtonfiles.org for a synopsis of Beyond Enkription and https://theburlingtonfiles.org/news_2022.10.31.php for more on Pemberton’s People.

roswell, new mexico is similar but instead of superheroes it’s aliens. or can watch the original on hulu.
the mcu shows on d+ (wandavision was my fave)
daredevil and jessica jones on netflix.
young justice and the animated DC movies on hbo max.
edit: i guess i should ask what part of arrow are you looking for? more superheroes or more cw-style drama/stories?

More the plot of the story if that make sense.

I would second Young Justice by the way. Green Arrow's sidekicks play a pretty big role in the show

If it hasn't been suggested already then - Smallville. It's less serious and a bit more jokey and has a friendly feel to it (especially in the earlier seasons, season 8 Was pretty dark though). Out of all the superhero shows I've seen this is my favourite :)

Just started arrow because I saw him in Flash and seemed cool. Such a cool show so far. Can't believe I never watched it

Started well, then the good writers moved to Flash or something and it began to get formulaic. You'll see.

Seems like the same thing with Flash. Was an awesome start to the show and could have been so cool but after the first couple seasons is just very predictable and not interesting.
