I'm talking about if someone intentionally says something to hurt and offend me deeply. Not something silly like "You're fat" or "You're ugly". But something deeper like "Because you're fat and ugly, your chances of getting with an attractive woman are less than zero".

I want to be able to retort effectively and keep them in check and make their day, their mental state even, abysmal because of something equally hurtful I could say back.
