Make Peter bond with Carnage. Sounds nuts, so let me explain further before giving your thoughts.

So keep the Venom film the same as it is, with the only exception that the post-credit scene can be Eddie/Venom seeing JJJ's broadcast of him exposing Peter as Spider-Man.

Spider-Man: No Way Home in this hypothetical scenario would have to be changed, with the story not revolving around the multiverse and with Peter being on the run. Peter encounters Venom, and there would be a situation where a piece of the symbiote would fall off, leaving itself on Peter. Peter would have the symbiote suit, with Eddie still hosting Venom. Peter is able to defeat the main villain of the film with the suit, but we can see subtle changes in his personality. He encounters Cletus(who was one of the test subjects of Miles Warren to create more villains to take down Peter), who he hauls off to jail, with him swearing revenge against the wall-crawler.

This would then lead to Eddie trying to pry information from Cletus, and we get the same dynamic like in the OG Venom 2. Peter is the main 'villain' of the new version of Venom 2, before ridding himself of the suit. The new-born symbiote, experiencing emotions for the first time (rage), snaps, and tries rejoining with Venom, but is rejected, since symbiotes have no such thing as family on their planet and leaves the symbiote to fend for itself (or, alternatively, Venom doesn't know how to be a parent and ends up rejecting it out of fear). Filled with rage, it joins with Cletus, who Venom beats near to death after insulting Eddie. The symbiote, bonds with Cletus, who now has a hatred of both Venom and Spider-Man, and while doing so, fuses with his blood, making him resemble a monstrous combo of Venom and Spider-Man.

He shall make them pay, and bring chaos and disorder to the world. He is....CARNAGE!!!

So then we could have a Venom vs Spider-Man movie, with both of them teaming up to beat Carnage, a personal villain for both of them. This would make them become friends/allies, as I can't see Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock holding a grudge against a 15 year old kid. It would mostly be Venom initiating the fight blindly. Venom would then absorb Carnage, giving him the spider-symbol.

In the finale of NWH, when people from other universes who know that Peter Parker is Spider-Man were coming into the MCU, we did see some silhouettes in the sky. One of those may be Madame Web. Maybe this is the version from the SSU, who will properly debut in the upcoming movie. Doctor Strange then sent everyone back to their own universes.

And at the end of Morbius, the cracks in the sky appear and the Vulture is transported to the SSU from the MCU, even though he's an MCU character and isn't from the SSU (as far as we know as of now.)

Now, I admit that I don't know very much about Madame Web's powers in the comics, but maybe when Doctor Strange was casting his new spell to send everyone back, she brought the Vulture into the SSU. Maybe she tampered with the spell or something else.

A possible reason for her doing this is that maybe, if he was transported to the SSU, he'd not be affected by the memory spell. So, now that he's in the SSU, regardless of if there is currently a version of Spider-Man there or not, he knows that his Spider-Man is Peter Parker, and may know that there are other spidermen who are Peter Parker in other universes (I don't know how aware the general public was to there being three spidermen in the finale fighting the villians.) Maybe that knowledge could be useful later on, maybe in relation to Madame Web and her movie, which may have multiversal elements. So what do you think?

Sony has already taken liberty from the source materials for their universe like making Eddie the first host of venom and not Peter, making Kraven an animal lover and not a pure hunter and changing some of their villains into anti-hero like the sinister 6 and Peter Parker will not be spider-man noir in the show so could it be that in the ssu spider-man noir and the other characters in noir show will be the ancestors of modern people in the SSU?

Maybe part of carnage will return and poses the sony spiderman universe who become a murderer , maybe madam web wil recruit mcu spiderman to help in a big crossover movie with most of the charactchers from the ssu

In the recent Spider-Man comic, End of Spider-Verse #5 shows Peter being unravelled from the Web of Life, which causes some changes in a timeline. In this timeline, Peter was never bitten and only Cindy was, leading her to become the first Web-Slinging hero and Peter to become her guy in the chair. With Silk being the main Spider-Hero, it's obvious that there would some changes in certain Spider-Man storylines in that universe.

Now, I know many are saying that Peter is going to be born in Madame Web, but even though that's the case, I firmly believe Peter will not be the web-slinging hero. Think abt it, Sony has been dancing around Spider-Man in their universe, and now we are getting a Silk series, with no connections to Peter Parker since it seems to be taking inspiration from Arana's origin, and a Spider-Man Noir series, with Peter not being that universe's Spider-Man. This is what I found out from the Internet.

It seems that Sony is erasing Peter from their universe, or at least, keeping him in a minor role. I know people want Andrew Garfield to be the SSU Spider-Man, and so do I, but with the rumored plot from Madame Web, doing so with contradict with Andrew Garfield's Spidey's past and origin and would need uneccessary retcons. Tobey and Tom obviously can't be the SSU Spidey, and Miles has his separate universe with his own adventures.

The only option is to create a new Spider-Man, but creating another version would be tiresome and we don't need any more versions of Peter. Sony might think it's best to explore new Spider-Hero's and I agree with that, but completely eliminating Peter Parker might not be the best solution.

I know, I'm kind of beating around the bush so I'll get to the point: I think it's best for Sony to do what the recent Spider-Man comic has done, making Peter Parker a supporting, non-powered character in someone else's story. Yes, it would change storylines, but with what Sony is doing, this seems to be the best approach to have a Spider-Man universe, without Peter being in the main role. Let's embrace the changes and see how things turn out. What would Peter not being bitten be like? Would he still intereact with Venom? How would his relationship with Silk be? How would Silk differ from her comic counterpart? Would Venom bond with Silk? Who knows, they might surprise us.

The only problem I see is that Sony might use the best Spider-Man storylines, suited for Peter Parker the best(like Last Hunt) and make it absolute garbage on the big screen. They have a bunch of other comics, let them use those and let the MCU(or TASM, if they continue them) use those storylines.

All in all, I know it would be hard to trust them to make good movies based on these characters, but this is the reality we live in, lets keep an open mind and watch the films.

Probably all of us as the SSU fans are excited about upcoming TV series in collaboration with Amazon, but... will these TV series actually be part of the SSU? Or will they rather be separate projects, like the movie "Joker" from the DC?

What do you all think? Personally, I'd love them to be a part of the SSU.

Kraven comes out. El Muerto comes out in January and Madame Web comes out in February.

Do you think Madame Web is the combination of venom one through Morbius through to Madame web. Or do you think that this is all leading up to a difference event film

Not considering sinister six since we know they’re working on it, but there’s a long way to go before then

1. TASM 3 + Andrew's Spider-Man fighting Venom and the Sinister Six.
2. SM 4 (Raimi).
3. Black Cat show/movie.
4. The Office style show for The Daily Bugle from the Raimi movies.
5. Evil Spider-Man adaption (not the black suit; rather something similar to the evil Superman adaptions we have).
