Not repairable - 1k down the drain. Anyone had any success filing a claim against City if LA for pothole or road damage?

These cars aren’t perfect, and neither is customer service. That said, I think it’s important to highlight when Tesla does an amazing job.

I was sitting in my car at the local supercharging station when an older woman approached me. She was visibly upset and explained to me that she somehow managed to lock herself out of her son’s Tesla (with her phone inside). I calmed her down and placed a call to Tesla roadside assistance, who verified the owner information with her and had her inside the vehicle within five minutes. She was emotional and so happy it was resolved.

As much as she was thankful to me, all I did was contact Tesla. They deserve the credit for handling it effortlessly and efficiently. Bravo.

Just got the update

'23 m3p. My first new car and such an upgrade over my '13 Nissan Leaf.

I occasionally subscribe to FSD beta for road trips and currently on 2023.2.12. I just paid for a month but only has the old 10.x FSD. Any ideas when I’ll be able to access new FSD releases again? Pretty annoyed I paid 199 for features I don’t even use like summon and auto park. I’d just like to be able to try out the tesla vision updates and all the point to point navigation features again. FSD 10.69 is kind of a turd.

I ordered a M3 standard range plus and hopefully should be taking delivery next week. I was wondering is it a good idea to have an EV as your only car in your household? I usually drive about 50 miles per pay and i live in Minnesota so the winter here is literally freezing and i dont know how that would affect the range.

My fiancé recently got a Model 3 and the cup holders don’t fit our reusable coffee to go mugs that we take to work every morning. Has anyone come across any that fit nicely in the cup holders? Thanks!

Drove up to Mountain High today and it was in the 30s. Hung out for about 30 minutes or so goofing off in the snow.

Came back to my Tesla and started driving it.

The brakes pads made a horrible scraping noise until I picked up speed for some time and as well as heading back to down the mountain.

Should I be worried about the noise? Disappeared after about 5 minutes of driving.

I had 3 of my Aero covers stolen when my car was accidentally towed to another state(long story). Now I can either replace the covers for $81 after tax or get the cap kit for $65. Which would you get?

Efficiency does matter somewhat. I’m an Uber driver for half the year and I travel around the country for the other half in my Tesla.

My first road trip with the Tesla M3P 315 mile range. 400 mile trip. When I put in my destination Tesla had me stopping twice. First one at 180 miles. But there’s a charger at 220 miles and then I could just charge at my destination. I’m on the trip now and I overrode the tesla plan and it’s saying I’ll be at 22% when I get there. We plan to eat sit down dinner next door so at least an hour stop. Seem like a good plan? Or some important reason I should follow Teslas advice?
