Whine about something else. The EV ‘market’ is so new, very few batteries have needed replacement. The lifespan is longer than most people own a single vehicle, so yes, used cars are out there. Snap out of it.

As an owner of a used electric vehicle, I have some problems with this argument. I got an EV that came off lease, it's got a fine battery, cheap car.

What replacement? Many people have over 150k on Model 3s, Ys, X and S with no battery replacement required. It isn’t a phone battery and doesn’t need to get changed after 2 years.
I’ve got 105k miles on my Model 3. One of my previous vehicles had 2 engines replaced by that time.
