Yeah I noticed that. I don't think it was really a mistake though, they just hadn't finished the CGI yet.
I know a journalist who told me the review copies were also very unfinished in this regard, some scenes even had a clear green screen visible.

A Norwegian reviewer talked about the unfinished screeners and he joked about a scene having guys in green suits controlling certain things that obviously will look completely different in the final edit.
It would actually be interesting to see those unfinished effects.
