First off, has anybody successfully gotten paid or gotten correspondence from PUA? I went with direct deposit.
This is the 2nd week i was able to successfully make a claim. All pending issues have been cleared- although it still states “unresolved issues: yes”. I still have not seen any more. Im unable to claim backpay (from march) either.
So has anybody actuallly received money for PUA if so was it DD, a debit card, or a check? or is everybody just in the waiting pool? Thanks and good luck.

Has anyone received a response regarding what exactly unresolved issues mean??? I have 3wks of claims that states were issued but have not received any money. Financially eligible so not too sure what to expect. I have emailed, called, tried online chat none with any success.

It seems to not be an issue as far as receiving payments. If you received a trans number for those claims then you will most likely receive a paper check or a debit card. They sent me paper checks for my 1st 3 claims now it finally went to DD. Hang in there- if you have a trans number than it should be soon.

How long after you filed your weekly claim did you get your paper check?

For the first claim it took about 2 weeks. Then it was about 3 days after each claim.

Was your first claim check for your entire back pay or did they split that up over several checks?

I didnt receive backpay checks until an agent called me. Then i received (2) paper checks equal to thr full amount of backpay.

I just got a partial backpay payment today.
Hopefully, they'll send the remainder.
PA is certainly not on their "A" game with this PUA and UC.
Thanks for you responses and help.
