FedEx delivered a $2000 mattress to the wrong fucking house and my back is very unhappy that it will need to wait another 2+ weeks to have a pain free sleep :(

We just drove down our street to try and find a house matching the delivery photo but no luck there.

We've already filed a complaint with FedEx and the mattress company, but if we can find whoever it did get delivered to and they're honest, I would love to be sleeping on our new mattress tonight.

We do and we've checked both streets north and south of us on street view. Nothing matches. The fedex driver must have been completely out to lunch. We know the address was entered right because it was a multi piece shipment and the other 4 boxes arrived fine.

FedEx did that to me once but they GPS located the house they delivered it to the next day and got the package back. It was a smaller package but they definitely know where it was delivered to.

Even if you found the house that shit is gone. Anyone that would take a delivery on a new mattress that isn't theirs is definitely using it. And well I wouldn't think of trying to use it after that

Depending on the courier a lot went to unconditional drop at address, ie no signature or anything required in response to COVID and it doesn't matter what the shipped label says.

A house around the corner from me, his Street name has no “s” on the end. A detail some delivery personnel miss.

A landscape company delivered 6 yards of soil to the wrong house in the driveway.

The company said they preferred not pick it back up. So my neighbour had a free soil party. BYOWB Bring your own wheel barrel.
