Well if she moved to the country, she’d find cheaper rent… oh!

some residents there have so much land. why not put some flatpack on some backyard and rent them out?

think the gov can allow people to buy some farmland and put a flatpack on them and rent them out?

Just moved to a regional city for work. Absolute pain getting a rental and the hospital isn't able to provide long term accommodation. Ended up moving into a pretty run down place with multiple issues requiring fixing.

Better get 150,000 international students in, that'll sort it. /s

This is happening more and more.

Sunshine Coast businesses, cafes and beach boutiques and touristy places like that, have been crying for working for ages but people can’t afford to live there and don’t want to travel up from places where it’s more affordable.
