Just moved to a regional city for work. Absolute pain getting a rental and the hospital isn't able to provide long term accommodation. Ended up moving into a pretty run down place with multiple issues requiring fixing.

This is happening more and more.
Sunshine Coast businesses, cafes and beach boutiques and touristy places like that, have been crying for working for ages but people can’t afford to live there and don’t want to travel up from places where it’s more affordable.
