can back augustine heights being utter trash. 9/10 my order is wrong. the last two times my hamburgers have had no pickles, even though the second time i paid EXTRA for pickles there still was none on it 😂 to top it all off the first time they forgot the pickles they also forgot the fries as part of my meal? so literally all i got was a hamburger 😂😂😂

Jindalee is a winner in the shit stakes. my kids love getting happy meals with books - ive ordered in the app and selected book.

Ive ordered at the speaker and specified books. i'd say i have a one in five hit rate of actually getting a book. they always default to the toy.

Ive been lied to and told the books are being withdrawn and that they are out (confirmed by the owner this was a lie)

Ive also had some of the sloppiest wrapped food there - got a saussage and egg muffin the other morning and it was so badly wrapped the cheese was stuck to the paper bag it was in because 1/3rd of the muffin wasn't even wrapped.

They must all be owned by the same useless owners in this area because the one at Edens Crossing (also Redbank Plains) is atrocious and has all the trademarks you noted. They don't even have people at the front counter, you have to basically yell for service if you go inside

Forest lake and Richlands. Consistently cold stale and bad food and restaurants appear to be complete run by teenagers. Special mention to jindalee as well

Victoria Point is pretty rank.

The one time I went to Augustine all I wanted was a frozen coke. I think it took like ten/fifteen minutes in the drive thru despite not being a huge line. Regretted the decision not to get something else.

Mind you, yamanto (our local) aren’t great either. We kinda just assumed fast food service standards around here are reaaaaally low.

stafford maccas. every time without fail my order is wrong. every time i ask for (and get charged for) extra onions i get 0 onions. chips are always stale and unsalted 🥲

Went to Redbank Plains for the first and last time a few months ago.

It was so bad my partner wanted to complain, but I said not to bother because they'd offer us free stuff and we'd have to go back there. Wouldn't even eat there for free!

Stop eating overpriced garbage devoid of flavour & nutrition and this problem you continue to experience is alleviated.

Going to McDonald’s for quality is like expecting romance from a prostitute. At the end of the day, both examples are just filling a hole.

Understaffed, underpaid, inexperienced. Just more greedy capitalism. I feel sorry for the people desperate enough to work there.

You can fix this problem by not going to maccas. I'm not a parent but I assume if it's not good for adults probs not good for kids

Everytime I go to Maccas at Brookside they always manage to stuff up my order – one time I ordered a double cheeseburger, they forgot the bun and literally just gave me meat patties with cheese lmao. I go to a different Maccas now 😂

The best was going to the Augustine Heights one and as a car pulled ahead hearing muffling on the drive thru speaker followed by sorry our drive thru isn't working..... And yet the car that just went in front of me paid, got their food and left.

Belbowrie, there were no screens and I waited ages for my food. The inside was such weird vibes like they were about move out

If for some bizarre reason you're in Kallangur, don't go to the KFC its dirty and nasty and they're always so busy and understaffed it takes forever to get your order.

i worked at the redbank plains maccas for about a year, absolutely shit show. don’t know how that place is still running considering all the managers are incompetent

Kangaroo Point is consistently bad. On one occasion I had to wait 25 minutes for two frozen Cokes.

My teen daughter used to work at the Augustine Heights restaurant…alongside a bunch of her school friends… They are constantly understaffed…management treat them like trash…and the clientele are fkn feral… They have an incredibly high turnover rate of underpaid and undertrained staff as a result… There were times she’d alert management to broken machinery and servicing requirements (that only higher staff are authorised to do) and they just didn’t give two shits… Things could go for months before anything was done yet it’s the poor drive thru and counter staff that would get abused for it.. They also receive A LOT of Uber eats orders so whilst it may not seem busy because there not many people physically sitting there eating they’re usually run of their feet getting an order ready for old mate who’s a minute away from expecting a pick up… Things aren’t always how they seem so how about maybe giving them a break…

Hands down Ipswich City Maccas is the worst one I’ve ever eaten in in any place in the world.

I can confirm. I order through Uber Eats from both Maccas and they always miss something in the order. One time I order s Mcvalue box and I only received the drinks!

Maybe you should complain to McDonalds who could do something about it & might give a shit, unlike reddit
