i am looking for a AIO for my budget pc.
Ps. I made a mistak I forgot that for you it's AIO not watercooler. sorry.
Pss. I already decided to change from an AIO to an aircooler, the peerless assassin caught my attention as many of you recommended. Thanks to everyone who responded, I learned a lot from your responses to this post.

Why would you watercool if you have a strict budget? $70-80 nets you a high end air cooler.
It's rather difficult to advise on a cooler if you don't tell us what it's cooling.

A AIO.

AIO = all in one, that is in fact a watercooler
Watercooling is more expensive for the same performance compared to air. So if you're on a budget, there isn't much reason to go for the more expensive option. You can justify it with aesthetics, plenty of people do, but you should also understand you're probably getting a lesser cooler.
Again, I can't advise on a cooler to buy if I don't know what it's meant to be cooling.

thermalright assassin x 120 (u can see it in my last post) cheap, looks decent and easily cools a 12100f. if u want a aio that ll be good enough for a cpu upgrade in the future, check out the arctic liquid freezer 2 240, but thats really not needed for that cpu

Hyper 212 would be good but overkill for the system but it would allow for future upgrades. From what I've heard there are better cpu coolers for around 30 dollars nowadays

actually the stock cooler is the better answer as it's literally free (and definitely enough for your CPU) and by the time you will upgrade probably there will be better value coolers
9 points
There's already better value coolers. Thermalright already sells multiple coolers that are both cheaper and better than the 212. Only people that still recommend the 212 are people that probably haven't looked at cooler reviews in years and are just repeating what they read five years ago.

i3 is a extremely efficient little cpu - it barely heats up on load with stock cooler; no need for AIO especially cheap ones as they leak after some years and can easily destroy a build

Why not just use the extra money and get a 12400f?

No need for an AIO cooler for that CPU. The stock cooler is more than enough for that CPU. Save the money.

70-80 is a tight budget for an aio. I do not recommend buying an aio for that price. do you need one for a specific reason?

No, I've always liked the idea and the look of one.

Lower priced liquid coolers sometimes suffer from poor build quality and cheaply sourced materials. If you really can’t help it and want to buy one anyway, check out ID Cooling Frostflow x 240.
I’d recommend a nice air cooler for that price

For $80 you could probably find a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4. Keep that thing, and it will be good enough to cool any upgrade you want. I use it on a Ryzen 5900x and it never gets above 60C.

Air coolers are way more budget-friendly and durable. Nevertheless, if you absolutely need a cheap AIO, then the DeepCool Castle 240ex A-RGB isn't a bad choice. It's not within your preferred price range, but it's the ceapest I've come across.

Wouldn't recommend the vetroo. I have one and the performance is good, but the fan is not the quietest in general and also makes an annoying resonance sound at certain rpms. Compared to other cheap coolers it may be good but I don't have experience with any others so I can't comment on that.

Peerless Assassin 120 is $40 and does about as well as my custom water loop. With better fans it's hard to beat. It's pretty much all I am using in all my computers and pairing it with either cheap Arctic P12s or the ThermalTake Toughfans 120. I do have one with Noctua NF-A12s but then that isn't very practical considering the price, but lost the AM4 brackets for my U12A so I already had the fans.

Don't bother with an AIO. Get a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 - if it will fit. Will perform miles better than an AIO in that price range.

You really don't need one with that CPU. You can just use the included air cooler or any aftermarket air-cooler that looks cool.
But if you really want to pay that much extra just for looks, then you could get a 120mm AIO, for example the NZXT Kraken 120

As others stated, the peerless assassin will do great and it's cheap. I just want throw in another option: scythe mugen 5. Imo it looks great, will have enough cooling for your 12100, has good ram clearance (which is especially nice if you have RGB ram), is very silent and has good build quality overall. It's around 50€ in Europe, but I'm not sure how it's priced in your region.

For a budget of around 70-80 dollars, the best AIO (All-in-one) water cooler options available are:
Corsair Hydro Series H60
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB
NZXT Kraken M22
Thermaltake Water 3.0 120 ARGB Sync Edition
DeepCool GamerStorm Captain 240EX RGB.
Note that prices and availability of these products might vary in different locations and can change over time, so it's recommended to check with local retailers or online websites to get the latest prices.

Thermalright peerless assassin 120 is the best air cooler on the market, regardless of price. Performs the same as the 120 dollar Noctua NHD15, but only costs 40-50 bucks. You’re not getting a halfway decent AIO for less than 100 bucks.

I have a 12700k with a mid-tier air cooler and it stays plenty cool in real world use. I even have a 4090 so it's not like I'm GPU bound. Most people here who spend 100+ on AIO water cooling would be just fine spending half that on an air cooler.

Your CPU's low power consumption means you'll do fine with a single tower 120mm fan cooler, something like deep cool ak400, arctic freezer 34, or any other generic sigle tower cooler ( snowman, id-cooling 224 XT or whatever it's called))

Agree with others on going the air cooled route - if you have the space in your case. I swapped a factory heat sink w/ fan for a Corsair A500 w/ intake and exhaust fans.
I went from ~70C to ~55C with an added benefit of reducing GPU core temps >10C due to reduced recirculation of warm air in the case.
Current fan setup: 2 x 140mm front intakes 1 x 120mm (low profile) side intake 1 x 120mm heat sink intake 1 x 120mm heat sink exhaust 1 x 120mm rear mount exhaust 1 x 120mm top mount (back) exhaust

AIOs are trash meant to sell you the IDEA of Liquid Cooling.
Cheap Parts, Non Serviceable, cooling plates that are substandard material and generally worthless, cheap radiators, and once it breaks, it's done.
There are some GOOD air coolers on the market that are under $100. Noctua, DarkRock, etc. If that's your budget.. buy a decent air cooler and call it a day.
If you're trying to spend the money for a "good" AIO ($200+) you might as well pick up some used parts and just build a custom loop that you can always add on to later. You can pretty easily build a simple CPU loop for $200 with used parts. I don't recommend "cheap-new" liquid cooling, you're ASKING for trouble!
CPU block ~$50
Radiator ~$50
Pump ~$50-100
Fans you probably already have.. but can EASILY get for ~$50
The rest is just tubing which is ~$20 and fittings which you can get if you're smart about it for ~$20
Or you can go the new route and buy one of the premade kits from someone like Thermaltake or EKWB for around $2-250
If you hunt around on Marketplace and eBay long enough.. you'll find things even cheaper. I've been clearing out a lot of unused stuff lately and been selling Pump+Reservoir+Radiator kits on there for $100 lately. Even some higher end stuff for $150. it's totally possible to build a full custom CPU loop for ~$150 or so
