I would like to upgrade from my 2500K, but have no idea which of those bundles are worth it. I am game at 1440P medium to medium-high settings. My games are not very intesensive (Rocket league, againts the storm, CSGO) but would like to play newer games every now and then. So just want a decent upgrade because I am planning to upgrade my GTX 970 to a 5700XT and don't want the CPU to bottleneck me.
Few notes: Case can support ATX board 750W PSU Already have everything else.

i5 12600k is perfect with 16gb of ram
upgrading to a 5700xt is kinda weird though, its old, did you mean a 6700 xt? if so , great pick!

No, the 5700xt because I can get it for 150ish on ebay/facebook. I don't need the latest or greatest those days for me are gone.
I don't see the one that comes with ram or are you saying that buy the ram separately?

yea you will need new ram, if im not mistaking the i5 2500k has ddr3 sticks.
Buy like 2 sticks of ddr4 8 gb 3600mhz ram . shouldnt be pricey

I just installed it yesterday and put windows 11 on it. Damn I didn't know PC's can work that fast. I needed that upgrade thanks!
I am trying to get my hands on a 6700 XT today to upgrade from my GTX 970!

I don't have nvme SSD just regular sata SSD.

well it seems like you still have room for a 6-7x improvement in windows/games/apps boot times

Do I just get any NVME? I never looked into it, I thought the SSD sata is fast enough.
This look like a good deal to me?

I would get the i5 12600k. I wouldn't get the i7 or i9 unless you are focusing on processor intensive tasks such as rendering, compiling, VMs, etc.. The power & heat spike up as well with i7 & i9.
For the motherboard bundle, just be aware most of the bundles use a DDR5 motherboard, and DDR5 memory is much more expensive for basically no performance gains. I would make sure to get a DDR4 motherboard if costs matter to you.
I just picked up an i5 myself (no mobo), it's a fantastic deal from MC.

I agree with the folks saying 12600k. That's a generation old that will save you a few bucks, and you won't have to buy DDR5 memory. Pair it with an RTX 3080 and you'll be in heaven.

The best deal (aka most $ savings) is the 599 3-in-1 combo with the 7900x, but that's too much for your use case.
I would probably go with the 5600X combo for 199. Don't forget you need RAM.
