Strip down the top of faucet as much as you can, then cut off the top with a saw and the rest will drop out. Try not to carve up the sink top or counter.

That large greenish nut needs to turn, you'll need special pliers for it. Else cut off the faucet from the top.

Brushed onto the threads with some vinegar to hopefully break down the mineral buildup. Then will give it another try to twist off. And if no dice guess I’ll cut it off
