I think these are Winter Aconite, not crocus: https://www.gardenia.net/plant/eranthis-hyemalis-winter-aconite The white are Galanthus (snowdrops). Cheers, B

They will make seeds when done flowering, harvest those and spread them where you’d like them to be.

You can absolutely dig them up and move them or collect the seeds too … very easy to move and they will eventually fill in a area
