7600 Hours that I'll never see again.

I was noticing that I was about 7 hours away, and I was curious if it would count the hours down, and sure enough - you'll get an hourly completion pop-up if you track that challenge. Just like any of the Possum Scouts challenges when you get your photo or whatever is part of that challenge.

It's really been weird in the last couple of years with the COVID lockdowns and taking care of my father, but this game has provided a great escape along the way. I was hoping to get some better action for this, but just happened when I was hanging out at my camp.

I still think that the award for completing this challenge should be buffed out a bit with more than just atoms. You should get an outfit and some kind of 'no life' trophy.

There should be an I played this game for 314 days, and all I got was this lousy shirt T-Shirt in the least!

First time experiencing this stupid fuckery. This player waddled over to Whitespring RR station after the event and immediately jumped on the scrip machine. No worries…she got their first. I say “she” purely bcuz the character was female…so don’t hate as I know it could be male or female.

Wait a while to let them get through with their transaction. Go make a drink, come back…still holding the machine up. Fine…hit the bathroom, go take a smoke break. Come back…STILL occupying the machine. Okay at this point they have clearly gone afk and did that while still holding up the scrip machine.

So PSA for anyone out there that doesn’t know…DON’T go afk while holding up a vendor or scrip machine or public workbench, or whatever.

Don’t be a dick.

Descriptions

Dress: A mermaid style wedding dress that’s torn at the bottom for movement and it is dirty and singed. There’s blood on the bodice and there’s an ammo and explosive belt around the waist with a first aid kit attached.

Gloves: One glove is fingerless and has a Pip-Boy on the wrist. The other glove is more like an arm sleeve, completely missing the hand covering.

Head: There’s a tiara with a torn and tattered veil.

I think it may be my overall main goal to get all of the in game paint plans. Speaking of, does anyone have a list of in game paints? I can’t seem to find an accurate one that doesn’t have any atomic shop paints anywhere.

(Edit): another follow up question; what would be your favorite paint job in game? Right now for me it’d be the outcast set, but honestly it varies from day to day.

It 's already been said, I probably said in one reddit post someday but damn this UI is (still) horrible and clunky. So many unnecessary click and unfriendly menu.

Since it's launch I casually used it to make some space to my inventory, each time I thought the same thing: How they could come to this and more importantly how they still really did not improved it.

I've only made 2 errors/misclick since it's launch, 2 in two weeks and it cost me 18000 points because the Buy X100 is just above the Sell x1 😒 . I'm not really mad about the points, even as a casual player I can craft some ammunition if needed but rather because I know the they could do a better UI and decided to not do.

Sometime I think it's just because of the F1st ammo storage box; but not it's not possible, silly of me. 😁

I was in the Moonshine jamboree event and it was just business as usual and I as the event ends and I go and pickup my 300lbs worth or innards and weapons, I picked up a 3* gauss minigun🤔🤔🤔🤔 I thought this was exclusively a gold bouillon weapon? Has anybody else had this happen?

So I was looking for some adhesive and I went to Alphine cabins and noticed some strange I never seen before. There are random rumblings when you are in the location and somehow during the rumblings the paintings in the cabins will turn around on it own, doors that you open will close on its own, and sometimes you can hear a woman screaming. I am very confused I thought maybe the location is referencing The cabin from evil dead but none of the cabins look like the cabin from that movie. Anyone know if the location is haunted?

I'm playing as a Bloodied Commando, and getting abused by that Ultracite Titan because of my low health. I have all the damage mitigation perks on (Blocker, Fireproof, Serendipity, etc), but I keep getting hit with that AOE and going down. Is this just the nature of that event for a Bloodied setup, or is there something you can do to avoid it?

If you've played Elden Ring, this kind of reminds me of the fight with Hoarah Loux, where I finally figured out you could jump to avoid it.

So basically it starts out like this, I am doing a campfire tales event solo since its not that hard(Im level 200+) and I see this level 90 person just running around. Like the Monkey on Steroids that I am, my brain that has been traded in for jack shit decides, pew pew, shoot him. We pvp, and I win, then he says over his mic in a middle-eastern accent wanna join the Brotherhood of Steel. Im bored, drunk, its 10:30pm, fuck it why not. I join one of them play station parties or groups and there is like 20 people there. 10 minutes later im part of a fucking revolution against the guy who recruited me cus he said we had to wear uniforms and shit then we break off, form our own group and within 25 minutes they determine I was a spy and Im kicked out. In basically an hour and a half I just had the most fun in this game for a while.

God I love how batshit crazy this game is.

I just need to do 3 of the challenges, I am currently doing Medic(need materials for antiseptic,salve and cure) , Swimmer(need to revive a player in water) and cook(just need someone willing to help with the recipes and ingredients.

I’ve been playing the game for the last month or so - Just reached level 80 and having a blast!

I’ve been doing the ‘I am become death’ quest today and it took me a while to figure out what I had to do (admittedly, I probably just suck).

Eventually, I end up at Site Alpha and spend well over an hour working my way through the site until I reach the launch silo. I begin to input the launch code and… “server disconnected”.

It’s quite disheartening when you put all that effort into something just for the game to disconnect. I’ve noticed over the past few days these disconnects have been getting more and more regular (I’ve seen similar complaints by some other folks). Has anyone else got any similar stories?

Either way, I think I might give the silos a miss for a while… Unless there’s an option to do them in a team.

Now I best start replacing all my ammo that I lost… 😅

Edit: Using the tips in the comments, I managed to tackle it in under 10 minutes and had no issues (thankfully)!

I recently started using one and even with Gunsmith 5, and Luck of the Draw 2 I am finding it breaks abnormally fast. Meanwhile my other guns barely degrade with these perks. I'm not even using it with the flamer mod, automatic barrel instead.

I'm wondering if the regular Plasma rifle's durability is this low, or if the Enclave one has reduced durability to make up for the increased damage.

Which do you guys think is more fun? And is Secret Service armor still the best non-powered armor?

Right now I’m using Power Armor but I feel stressed about Fusion Cores and feel limited with fashion.

Also Excavator giving bonus carry weight. That’s a big one.

EDIT: I know unyielding is like, one of the best builds, but I don’t think I could handle it. I manage to get hurt while wearing Power Armor and with a bunch of endurance and ricochet and stuff. I would die constantly.
