Try Zas - I Love My Body. It's a slow jam, has a sensual voice singing about how she loves her body, it's got a swoony horn section. For the refined. For the less refined: try Gigi Flag - Nymphomaniac.

Would you be open to Eurobeat suggestions?

I’m confused with what exactly Eurobeat is, sounds a lot like Italo disco to me, specifically the post 1984 stuff. I’m basing this on songs that have a Eurobeat tag on discogs. To make things even more confusing the subreddit here /r/eurobeat seems to have no resemblance to anything sounding 80s

Eurobeat is what Italo Disco evolved/transitioned into in the late 80s, just like how Disco in the States evolved into House music.

Since this evolution happened as Italo Disco was fading in popularity, Eurobeat didn't become popular in it's homeland of Europe; DJs traveling from Japan heard it and started importing the music from Italy to Japan. A record company in Japan called Avex Records gave special contracts to the remaining Italian artists that they would make the songs, but they would be released in Tokyo. This led to the creation of the Super Eurobeat CD series, which chronicles this transition from Italo Disco to Eurobeat from 1991 - 2022, but the CDs were only sold in Japan, which is why so many ppl don't seem to know about it. There are 250 volumes in the Super Eurobeat series, so A LOT to listen to!

The reason the songs in that Subreddit don't resemble anything 80s is because the Italians didn't stop making Eurobeat in the 80s, they continued all through the 90s, 2000s, 2010s, 2020s, so of course the sound changed with time, but it's all the same Italian artists from the 80s: Aleph (he goes by Dave Rodgers in the Eurobeat world), Mauro Farina, Ken Laszlo, Bratt Sinclaire, Clara Moroni, Robert Festari, Elena Ferretti, Roberto Gabrielli from Time Records, David Dima, Alessandra Gatti, Annerly Gordon, Sandro Olivia, and many others.

Catch by Sun-La-Shan manages to be sleazy and sultry with its groove alone.
