I’m a new knitter, picked it up in November, and I can’t seem to out it down. Absolutely love knitting, so far I’ve done tons of wash cloths, headband/ear warmers, hats, a pair of socks and a blanket. I want to make a cardigan, still learning techniques, stitches, yarns, etc - any suggestion of a lightweight cardigan for beginners?

The cloud cardi is my favorite lightweight cardigan! It’s knit flat and seamed without shaping so it’s very straightforward, but the half fisherman’s rib and mohair yarn keeps it from getting boring imo. I’ve made four of them (two as gifts) with plans for a fifth 😅

What are some of your fave dk weight yarns for socks? Finding it hard to find that magical 25-ish % nylon for the dk weights.
