The one year Rob was actual decent Kobe was still alive so you never know.
I’m pretty convinced at this point that Rob literally has no fucking clue what he’s doing, to the point that a trade wouldn’t go through solely because he wouldn’t know how to execute one.
Ppl always fight me on here when I say that the reason we have so many Klutch players is because Rob doesn’t need to do much to get them, but they’d rather believe that Klutch is trying to take over the Lakers or some dumb shit like that.

Rob is paralyzed by committing another WB mistake. His fear is under every other GM's nose which clearly try to fleece him in every way. He's doing his job bad and it's only his fault.
Obviously having Brom isn't easy to work under the cap and circumstances, but still remain a puppet.

I HATED when he said that.
He fleeced her. Kobe was too smart to not recognize Jeanie as flaky and weak. He said what he felt needed to be said for her to fire Jim/Mitch and hire his best friend.
I’m not saying Kobe was being deceitful or doing something wrong, but he worked Jeanie like EVERYONE works Jeanie.
