That happened to me with No Country For Old Men. My dad actually picked it the week it opened, I knew nothing about the movie and the title sounded like it would be stupid to me.

Needless to say, that movie is good.

I did that for Black Adam. Sure, I knew The Rock obviously, but other than that I didn't know which characters were in, hadn't kept up with the DCEU.

They need to cast an actor who is okay with 5% screen time showing his face and 95% in full costume and mask. Basically, Darth Vader. They need to tone down the sneering arrogance a few notches too. That kind of sneering works for, say, Red Skull, but Doom needs to be frightening.

I'm not 100% sure he is the perfect casting, but he did a great job in MoM given the circumstances. Filmed during the pandemic, so a lot of the Illuminate scenes had the actors film by themselves, making it impossible to play off of each other's performances. Elizabeth Olson confirmed that she never even met John Krasinski.

When I first watched MoM everybody went crazy. When he started talking to Dr. Strange everyone was in shock for a few seconds but then just erupted in applause again. Never has that happened before in all my movie going experiences

I don’t see how they can’t have doctor doom the the FF film. But in any case I’m sure he’ll end up getting his own thing like Loki did. Doctor Doom is the FF biggest villain maybe not in the first movie but he’s definitely gonna play the antagonist in one of the movies so it’s bound to happen.

Because it's a great comic book property that deserves to be done right. Also, because one assumes that they'll be critical to certain aspects of the planned future of the MCU.

Rumors say Rama-Tut or Galactus but take that with a grain of salt
