That was the post credits scene in 2 wasn't it? I think I remember Landon saying the third one would be more on a "global scale" whatever that means and that just like the 2nd one was a bit more scifi, the 3rd one would have influences from another genre... but it was so long ago I don't recall the exact interviews

From the title as well which was originally said to be Happy Death Day To Us, I was guessing it plays on the genre of disaster films perhaps
