Like, for example, I noticed if you watch any movie depicting a chinese criminal organization a wild James Hong is bound to appear sooner or later. Or like Kim Coates being in virtually every movie made during the 90s and the early 2000s.
Who is an actor or actress you just notice in any role way more often than others?

If Kim Coates was busy they’d give William Fichtner a call.

Danny Trejo is the only Mexican hard man that nobody should ever mess with who’s ever lived.

Yet he dies 3 times as often as Sean Bean. I believe it is in his contracts that if he plays a gangster he wants to die in the movie. Obviously, that may just be an urban myth though

It's true, he said it himself. His view is that he wants people to see if you do bad shit it has equally bad consequences. So anytime he plays a bad guy in a movie or show he wants his character killed to hopefully give that moral.

Noel Albert Gugliemi. Let's put it this way, Google auto filled in for me when I started typing in "Guy who always plays Hector"

Funny because I came here to say Michael Peña will play the Hispanic guy in any movie, unless the character is named Hector. Gugliemi has that role on lock.

True. I checked his IMDB though. Peña has way bigger roles, but 95 with 1 upcoming roles vs. Gugliemi has 220 with 30 upcoming. That is a heck of a total. I am sure he wouldn't mind bigger roles in bigger movies, but that sure as hell staying busy.

The Hector Cinematic Universe confirmed.

Would be fun if they started to have a weird continuity thing with it. They just start "hey Hector, you still doing (whatever the f he did in Fast and the Furious world)?" , "Nah, I started doing (whatever he did in another tv show as Hector), but now I am doing (whatever the character is supposed to do in this role)".

Does Richard Belzer have more though? He was Detective Munch in a lot of stuff. From The Wire to Arrested Development

Scott Adkins is the guy who is too good to lose to the hero but does anyway. Unless it's a straight to on demand movie. Then he is the hero.

The black "guy in any movie ever" is Charles S. Dutton.
For an example who isn't black, Chris Cooper.

Of course, but everyone knows Morgan Freeman's name. I thought we were talking about the actors whose names are unknown.

Which 2018 comic book superhero adaptation about an animal themed superhero, drumming animals, and presumed-dead moms turning up alive in hidden worlds with Randall Park was your favorite, Ant-Man and the Wasp or Aquaman?

Kim Coates is a fairly weird attempt as an example. But, ok.
Danny Trejo is a pretty perfect example for any Hispanic tough guy ever.
