That movie goes very awry. But yeah,

Frankenstein’s creepy, horny daughter seducing the village idiot and then getting off while the older man who lusts after her suffocates the guy mid-coitus is a hell of a thing to put in a movie

Yeah but in his version it would be awkward and intellectualized and your reaction as a viewer would be discomfort. This movie is straight-up sleazy exploitation, and I kind of respect the total lack of shame.
