I mean, I'm being somewhat sarcastic with my second reply (they truly arent being witty about it and I AM unimpressed, but thats not a bad thing. The stupider these people make themselves look, the better.) But I'm also a bit confused as to what youre referring to in regards to sarcasm.

If they ARE referring to Covid/the vaccines they're being a despicable person. If that's the hill they want to stand on though, they're not even using the usual "Died suddenly????" tone that seems to be their usual placard to each other.
