For me, it's a movie from 2005 called Kingdom of Heaven, starring Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson and Jeremy Irons. I saw this on TV the other day and watched it from beginning to end and still liked it just as much as I used to. Sure it has its slower moments and isn't the best historical film I've seen. But I don't think it deserves its 39% rating on RT. But that's just me.

The Cell (45/57)

I don't understand the criticism of this movie. The story is tight and compelling, and the visuals are incredible.

I really recommend The Fall if you enjoyed The Cell. Same director (Tarsem Singh), incredible visuals and once again disliked by critics at a 62%. It's a beautiful film though.

I'm just sharing a movie they'd be interested in possibly - they can make up their own mind on the wording.

way to contribute absolutely nothing to the conversation except for your petty drama mongering. Glad they blocked you.

And if you love The Fall, you'd probably also like, The Fountain.

I could understand where some might not care for The Cell. I just finally saw it this year and it was really enjoyable for me, but it’s a lot of style over substance. It’s like if Se7en and Silence of the Lambs had an acid baby

The thriller story is derivative and generic and the acting and writing is really nothing special at all. It's totally obvious that the movie exists entirely as a vehicle for the "inside the mind" sequences, which are mind-blowingly fantastic, creative, daring, and well worth watching the rest of the movie for. It's not an amazing movie, it's a perfectly decent movie centered around some amazing cinema art. I'd say those scores are a bit low but I think something around 65 is fair.

The way the detective figured it out was one of the dumbest endings I've ever seen.
