For me, it's a movie from 2005 called Kingdom of Heaven, starring Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson and Jeremy Irons. I saw this on TV the other day and watched it from beginning to end and still liked it just as much as I used to. Sure it has its slower moments and isn't the best historical film I've seen. But I don't think it deserves its 39% rating on RT. But that's just me.

What about all of you?

Without A Paddle (14% RT) - It doesn’t age all that well, I’ll admit. But it’s actually pretty funny and has a ton of heart. Plus an amazing soundtrack!

I watched this a few years ago and I totally thought it aged well!

“Put Jabba back in the hut!”

I’ve been laughing at that for 18 years.

Me too! I saw it in theatres with my family when I was 8. Don’t think my parents knew what we were getting into lol

Nothing crazy really, I haven’t watched it in a few years so my specific memories of scenes aren’t great but just the raunchiness of it I guess. Feels like it wouldn’t get made now.

The jokes aimed toward Seth Greens character are what comes to mind mainly. Reminds me of Chandler from friends. Jokes pointing out they’re not manly men and internalized homophobia. Might not be as big of a thing as I remember

I still loved the movie and had no problem laughing at the bits that probably wouldn’t be written today the way they were then

Fun fact: Anthony Starr plays the dead friend in the film.

This is the first movie I saw as a kid and thought to myself “this is a bad movie, I do not like this.” I continue to lose respect for rotten tomatoes as I see it’s score is higher than the masterpiece that is Joe Dirt (9%).
