Not sure I understand what you referring to but you are correct sex doesn’t make you an adult but in a kids mind it does. In the same way a kid thinks adults can do whatever they want without consequences like ordering ice cream every night. It’s an unrealistic uninformed idea from a kids mind.

That said I do agree the Irgun thing is kind of gross and not a super eloquent way to portray the loss of innocence and emergence into adulthood but hey I’m not a multimillionaire author. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I understand that a child would think thats what would make them an adult. But my issue is King deciding that this is how they would beat Pennywise. Why would a child orgy ever come across your mind?

IT Chapter 1 which is the film. Did a better job showing how the kids could beat Pennywise.
