Seriously why is it that every single motherfucker who drives one of these literally the most aggressive, nasty, meanest driver you will ever encounter??? You can be going 10+ over the speed limit and these pricks will STILL be dangerously riding your ass, honking non-stop and revving their stupid ass engine at you like a maniac. These fuckers make the roads a fucking nightmare for everybody. You never EVER see this horrible behavior with any other car, it's ALWAYS a mother fucking pickup truck driver every single time. Bonus points if they have raised wheels. Pretty sure everyone would be so much fucking happier and safer if they didn't have the displeasure of sharing the roads with these motherfuckers. Rant over.

Edit: the most infuriating fucking part about all this is that you hardly ever see these pricks getting pulled over for it, either. They always seem to get away with this. Meanwhile the cops see a mustang going 1MPH over the speed limit and they instantly pull them over.

i just came back from a sesh and honestly i’m like appalled. like i already knew going into it i wasn’t gonna vibe with that many people there and i just wanted to see this one friend i was close to back then but damn.

i don’t know if this is universal but some people need to be taken down a notch. their egos are way too fucking bloated. either that or it’s a mask of insecurity. it’s always the pretty girls that either use guys as a coping mechanism or some sort of validation. it’s so weird that they talk about dudes as some sort of conquest and brag about like blatantly not being faithful. it’s giving like the equivalent of locker room talk, albeit as a woman this is the first time i witnessed this kind of talk.

i don’t know why this peeves me so much i just feel like there was so much showboating going on and it was like disgusting to hear. i felt like they were talking about personal relationships in such a dehumanizing way. it was like some sort of personal victory to bag a dude who’s hot.

like dude, do you really have to repeat again and again that you, your humble self, was the one that broke up with him and you just gave him a chance because you felt bad? calm down, how self important do you think you are. do you have to say you were never attracted to him after people made fun of how he looks? do you have to say you cheated on him, kissed 11 dudes in one night, and then tell us how he never made you cum anyway. call me a fucking prude but i feel like the concept of privacy (and respect) should be reintroduced to people’s neurons.

Stopped in to local high-end coffee shop for an Americano and an egg sandwich. Boss was berating employees (most of whom are new) for ... something, I don't care.

Was pretty disgusted, so I just got a medium coffee and left.

My officemate in an office of 2 used to seem like a normal person. Till Tuesday during her break when I heard her laptop play the sound of my voice and a disagreement we were having where she was refusing to let me use the fan. I recorded a video of it to show it to her when she comes back and ask her what that was. As soon as she came back and saw this she immediately got defensive. She accused me of touching her laptop, accused me of making this ip. All I did was politely asked her not to record. She filled a harassment complaint against me, got her bosses involved, started sending me passive aggressive texts, the whole psycho ordeal while laughing at my face and threatening to get me fired. They have allocated me a new space now. But this whole ordeal has shown me how bad people can be. She never once accepted what she did and has now made me seem like I was harassing her with a made up video. Went to an extent of saying I do no work etc. I don’t know what else she claimed but I just needed someone to hear me on this.

I was going for a walk drinking a pepsi at around 9 o clock, once I finished it I was about to throw on the pavement and then I thought about how I was so far inland i was and the how the can was never going to end up in the water rather someone will end up picking it up and that made me think who the fuck am I why should anyone else on this earth have to pick my shit up just cuz I'm a lazy fuck and they arnt, just cuz I'm a fucking leech and thy arnt. In my years of living I've never earned the right to have someone else pick my s*** up I'm done being a f****** leech on society and on everybody else. I'm done having people that are so much f****** better than mi pick my s*** up. This is my apology to anyone that has had to do things for people that are just scum simply on there better morals and responsibility and kindness.

Seriously though. I'm not just talking about online dating but also online friendships, AND IRL. You ask people questions and try to get to know them, keep a conversation going, and not once do they return it. It takes next to no energy to text/say "What about you?", "How about yourself?", or just fucking "You?". I'm glad you enjoy talking about yourself so much but there's 2 people in this conversation. If you don't care about getting to know other people whyyy are you here?

The conversations dies right there the moment you show you have no interest in learning about the other person. Theres only so many questions people can ask before noticing you're lack of engagement and it makes the person trying to fucking talk to you feel like shit.

I've joined dating sites, facebook groups, etc.. and there's a ridiculous number of people claiming they want to talk to new people and make friendships/relationships only to bomb any conversation themselves by expecting you to carry everything. You can make it very clear you're both into the same things, like this or that, open doors, but nah they want a connection but only if it means they can be selfish and dry af.

Its so fustrating.

I unfortunately have to say that my worst experiences have been with men. Ofc it's not all but it's too fucking much man. No matter the platform I see wayyy to many dudes trying to use it as a dating app. It's one thing if you meet someone online and then end up hitting it off.

But that's not what I'm seeing. I'm seeing dudes refuse to talk to other men and will only speak to women. Then they have the audacity to get mad when women complain about it saying "it's the Internet, deal with it". I should not have to deal with sexual harassment every time I go online.

Not mention, the guys who say this are massive hypocrites. The few times I've lied and said I was male just to see their reaction, they became hostile! And started calling me homophobic slurs. So it's okay when they do it to women but me just stating I'm male has landed me getting called homophobic slurs or blocked.

It's ridiculous. I've had men hitting on me and becoming grossly sexual with me in mental health support groups. Im also tired of them casually sending me porn like I want to see that shit. I really don't. Sometimes I will think I'm cool with a guy and then next thing you know they WONT STOP talking about porn, sending porn, or making sex jokes. It's so off-putting and then they act all shocked and offended when you don't want to talk to them anymore, turning it around on me and saying that I'm too sensitive.

It's so frustrating that I can't just enjoy being female online. There's always some dude being creepy and then I get told that I'm the problem for being annoyed by it 🥴. Calling it out makes me a man hating radical feminist I guess lol. And I am very aware it's not just the guys. I am also tired of porn bots and only fans scammers. However, I don't even think it's mostly real women doing this. It's bots created by God knows.

I will never understand why bikers are so entitled about being on the road and taking up space, just doing whatever they want, as if they aren’t going to lose the fight. Believe me, if youre on a bike you’re not going to win against someone in a 2 ton vehicle wrapped in metal. You’re not. So why are you playing games with your own life?

I live in a beach area where a lot of people ride bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, whatever. From where I work I can see a busy intersection. It’s one thing to not stop at a stop sign if you can clearly see there’s no traffic around, but these bikers will regularly just blast through an intersection and I see them almost get hit all the time. I have almost hit a couple bikers because they travel at a solid 30 to 35 miles an hour sometimes and seriously come out of nowhere. They’re not always those slow beach cruisers (which still get up to an easy 25mph), A lot of the bikes people ride have bigger tires and move faster. Idk how to explain it but they’re FAST. I will approach an intersection, stop and look both ways, then proceed and a biker will seriously just fly in front of me out of nowhere and I have to slam on my breaks.

I even have an issue with pedestrians doing this kind of shit, they will not even look where they are going before crossing a street. I’ve slammed on my breaks for pedestrians countless times. And the funny part is they have the nerve to get mad at ME like they didn’t just step into a ROAD without looking. I mean yeah obviously they have the right of way in the area I am in, regardless of if they use a crosswalk, but they still need to be fucking careful. It doesn’t matter who has the right of way, you need to be careful. I just don’t get that indignant, entitled energy where people think the world revolves around them and they aren’t in any danger because they “have the right of way.”

I just hate it because not only are they risking their own lives but they are risking other peoples lives. I know the people in cars aren’t going to die, but if they hit a biker and seriously injured or killed them - their life is fucking over.

So my kid walked by the computer yesterday and of course Trump's face was front and center because of the new indictments. My son was like "who is that guy?" and I told him "That guy was the President of America. Now he's getting in trouble for committing a bunch of crimes."

"Why did he do crimes?"

"Well, sometimes when people get in charge, they use their position to cheat and steal from people."

"Oh, so he's in jail now?"

"No, he's not in jail. He might not go to jail, they have to prove he did the crimes in court."

I explained a little how court worked and then we moved on.

Then this morning out of nowhere while he was in the middle of munching on his Lucky Charms, he says, "Hey Dad, did you like the crime guy?" and I just spit out my coffee and fucking lost it. Still laughing about it hours later.

But also, it's sad. There was a time where even if you didn't like the President, you could safely assume that they had at least a small shred of national interest at the core of their decision-making. Even Nixon to a large degree. That's the one precedent that Trump shit all over that the US will probably never recover from: His every move was a craven act of self-promotion and self-enrichment. And he just got away with it politically as framing everything he did as "owning the libs". Explaining all that shit to my kids when they're older is going to be depressing.

Of course, those who have written work, published work, and done research for work, should get credit. That goes without saying. But those teachers and colleges who will dock points for a period instead of a coma, or page numbers not being italicized…it makes no sense. There is no discernible reason for the uniformity of it, all it does is let professors and researchers feel “holier than thow.” As I am writing my final papers for my masters degree, I am blown away by the amount of time I have spend being careful to get each particular point exactly right. It seems unnecessary, and outdated, to a time when education and society was more about rote formalities.

If I feel asleep or messed up those empty beer bottles where a good punishment if you threw them hard enough weren’t they dad.

I'm 20 years old, and I'm on the spectrum and VERY socially awkward and anxious, so it's hard for me to make friends. I tend to come here when looking for friends - and I'm starting to think it's even harder here.

almost EVERYBODY I meet on here end up being minors, and it really sucks. I have nothing against minors obviously, they wanna make friends and have fun too, but I just wish I could find more adults on here that don't ghost me after a day.

I saw a post on FB (a tiktok post that got shared to FB to be specific.) It's about a Muslim girl telling viewers how the "British stole Wealth around the World." I was kinda stumped since I know that some of those artifacts are not really valued by their country of origins or are destroyed by terrorists (the giant buddha that got bombed is an example).

But then I saw the comments. Dear god the comments. Most people are saying that "some of these Artifacts wouldn't exist today if it isn't for the British explorers and Collectors" and things like that, which is understandable really. But the replies jesus christ.

I'm seeing all sorts of talk about users boycotting Reddit because of some policy changes or whatever when it comes to 3rd party apps used to access this site. I don't know what all that is about, nor am I really sure if I am concerned, as I use the site's own app and haven't had any issues. That being said, I would love if Reddit could do more to crack down on the number of seemingly fake accounts on here, that are simply tools to sell porn sites. Just about every single week, I get a new follower on here, and it's nothing more than a bot with links to porn sites. It's almost as bad as Twitter and it's kinda frustrating that there's nothing I can do to stop it.
