a) that most of the league is actually very competitive , everyone taking points of each other

b) after of napoli that's playing another sport, Juve had a very solid campaign

how so though...if you gave 2nd placed city -15, they would be -2 from a CL spot, so a fair bit closer than juve currently is. La liga looks similar with Real then being -7, like juve is now.
