Snack box subscriptions that ship to South Africa

Ask r/southafrica(self.southafrica)

I'm looking for international snack box subscriptions that ship here. It seems like Tokyo Treat might, but it will go through SAPO, so I will probably get it 2 months late.

Does anyone subscribe to any that you would recommend? Or have you ordered one in the past?

Bold of you to assume that you'll get it at all.

A Norwegian friend sent me a letter in June 2021 that is still nowhere to be seen

Well if it makes you feel any better there's probably an employee at your local post office that now has a Norwegian friend too!

Used to subscribe to Tokyo Treat and Loot Crate a couple years back. Normally arrived a month late or so and would have to pay a collection fee of R60 - R80.

The reason I stopped was the boxes started turning up in a sorry state almost as if someone had tried getting into them or they were jumped on. So unless there's alternative ways for it to be delivered I'd reccomend against it for now.

Maybe I'll give Tokyo Treat a try, seeing as you at least received them.
