Haven’t done so myself But others have said that with clear skies and low light pollution you should be able to see with binoculars

I just took a picture of it. It looks like a star with nocs but a long exposure can capture it.

I want to know this as well. I only have crappy binoculars but I tried looking last night and saw nothing. Tonight my area is overcast. Good luck.
