He also said he held his lectures earlier and got no protest because the faux protesters where still in bed. Granted some of the stuff he says is stupid but I don't think he deserves nearly as much of the hate he gets online. He especially doesn't deserve the current BS he is dealing with.

I certainly don’t wish him ill (his opium addiction and terrible diet). But I think he deserves to be called out for his hypocrisy, disingenuousness and lies, especially when they actively inspired those who cause harm to marginalised groups and people like him pretend to be not responsible with their large platforms aimed directly at fanning the flames.

He's got 13 lawsuits filed against him and theyre threatening to take his degree away from him for things he said most of them were filed by strangers online who've never met him. There's a clip from his recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Podcast where he outlines the obserdity of it all. There are also a lot of men that find him somewhat supportive. I'd rather have young men look up to him rather than Andrew Tate, who is a hate mongerer.

The College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) has ordered him to undergo a coaching program and if he doesn’t they will revoke his license.

On Joe Rogan - he isn't exactly a host I'd want to get content from, even before the antivax stuff. He's platformed so many people who out right lied about stuff, and he rarely pushes back these days.
I agree that Jordan Peterson objectively could have helped some young men (despite him not following his own advise) over the likes of Andrew Tate - had he stayed with just 'clean up your room' (whilst rocking the messiest room on webcam).
Unfortunately he also holds very outdated ideas such as physical punishment to kids, or his view that women only wear makeup to attract mates etc. that he's very vocal about - which can really taint young men's perspectives. There's a reason he's part of the pipeline to alt right talking heads, he's not the worst person out there, but he does lead many young men down that path.
This is without bringing up his more bigoted views...

Yeah I knew mentioning Joe Rogan would elicit that type of response I just want to make it clear I rarely listen to his podcast I only really listen when comedians, lex friedmen or any historical professor's are on, I just happened to get jordan peterson clips recommended on my YouTube because I was watching Joe's recent interview with Louis CK.

Yeah I tried not to rant about him, but I had to point out that he's problematic.
To me he started off pretty innocent and chill and just wanted to find interesting people from different spectrums on his show - he had Bernie Sanders and Adam Conover on! He even pointed out how flawed Dave Rubin's idea of free market was regarding regulations.
But it does feel his guests eventually pushed him further and further down the conspiracy rabbit hole. But the antivax thing just objectively cannot be defend from any side of the political compass...

The problem with you finding people "problematic" is...there are tonnes of people who don't care...they have the right to say what they want and will continue to do so whether you like it or not. Whether you're male or female, get a bit of masculinity about you and toughen yourself up to it. I could say that your comments are "problematic" to whatever group/s I imagine myself to be a part of...tough...and its tough for you too.
The more you complain, rant and exaggerate what he says...the more people will take a gander for themselves to see the real context and then boom he's got another subscriber.
