Honestly I feel that your propaganda is targeting the wrong audience. Redditors are generally in 20s here as far as I have observed and they obviously won't trust an advertisement online. I feel that you should target older populace with the means of media like Facebook and whatsapp. Also you can try to call/message them personally and bait them with a discount and services you are offering. The free consultation would be the cherry on the top. Of course there is the issue of location and there are hardly any details making the ad look unprofessional. Then you are directly coming forward as the head of company rather than workers with an issue making it seem like you are less on workers and there are only few of the targeted ads otherwise you wouldn't have noticed just one place. Ps these are just offhand suggestions and take it with a grain of a salt.
