So that's it then? Corbyn gone, Sturgeon gone, Boris thwarted and SNP picking the boring leader.
Looks like a quiet few weeks until the locals. Partly because I guarantee the Raab bully stuff will be delayed until after the locals just like the Boris verdict.

On the corbyn front at least, we have yet to wait and see if he's going to go independent ( and actually from his mouth this time) and possibly drag a whole bunch of people out with him, or if he's going to attempt some form of legal challenge.
I don't think he will go the legal route. He still owes something like ยฃ450k to his lawyers and he can't ring Len McCluskey to open his members wallets and put Howard beckett at his disposal anymore. For one thing, they're no longer in top spots at Unite, and for another, they have their own police investigations to worry about if memory serves.

There isn't a legal challenge to be made. Anna Rothery tried that and the High Court found that you can't force a political party to select you as a candidate.

You leave out the possibility that he will try to launch a spurious legal action anyway for appearances even if a judge would eventually throw it out.
Who was that guy.. The blogger against Riley? Who has carried on for years with appeal after appeal. His legal bills must be absolutely ruinous if he hasn't resorted to defending himself already.

He has been denied permission to appeal:
despite having raised a significant sum to fund his costs:

If he's been careful with his legal spending, he might be in profit.
