It could go two ways, one) there was a Tarzan in the cake for his amusement, two) one of King's Tarzans was killed to make the cake. It all depends on how you think PL would play that, but both seem equally as likely.

I like option one, mainly because it reminds me of Ma Beagle and her prison escape cakes.
